Partnerships in Community Health Symposium

The Partnerships in Community Health Symposium is an opportunity to share international, domestic and regional inventive models of community health. The purpose of this symposium is to create the occasion where health and community outreach workers, nurse trainers, public health leaders from the Navajo Nation and Indian Health Service to formally present on innovative community-based programming and initiatives. The symposium intends to increase health energy in Navajo and to translate inspiration into action by sharing concrete case studies.
